How to Calcinate Zinc Oxide by Rotary Kiln?

 

Before calcining zinc oxide by the rotary kiln, zinc charge and coking coal need tobe crushed into particles smaller than 40 mesh, and then mix the zinc charge and coking coal in a ratio of 1: 0.30 ~ 0.35 to obtain the mixture. Then the mixture is made into pellets with an effective diameter of 8-15mm, and then fed into the rotary kiln for calcining.

It can greatly save coke or coal when smelting zinc oxide ore or industrial slag with zinc content of 15%~25% to produce zinc oxide. The products obtained by rotary kiln calcination are of good quality and small amount of nodules.

1. Kiln Head
The kiln head is the discharge part of the rotary kiln, with a diameter larger than the diameter of the rotary kiln. It is sealed by stainless steel scales and the kiln body. The main components include the access hole, coal nozzle, trolley, observation hole, etc.
2. Kiln Body
