1.The mobile jaw crusher mainly consists of a jaw crusher, feeder, vibrating screen, and belt conveyor, all of which are installed on an independent movable chassis. The jaw crusher itself is composed of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, with the space between the two forming the crushing chamber.
2.Materials are evenly transported to the crusher through the feeder and enter the crushing chamber. The movable jaw plate is connected to the drive device through an eccentric shaft, allowing it to move up and down. When the movable jaw plate moves downward, the material is squeezed between the fixed and movable jaw plates and is gradually crushed into smaller particles.
3.The mobile jaw crusher can crush materials directly on-site, eliminating the need for intermediate transport to another crushing location. This greatly reduces transportation costs for materials.
