Working Principle

The qualified activated carbon materials are stored in the silo, lifted by the elevator and transported to the silo at the top of the preheater.

The feeding amount of the silo at the top of the preheater is controlled by two level meters at the top and bottom, and then the material is evenly distributed to each room of the preheater through the feeding pipe.

The material is heated to about 900 °C by 1150 °C kiln flue gas in the preheater, about 30% of which is decomposed, and pushed into the activated carbon rotary kiln by hydraulic push rod.

The material is sintered and decomposed into CaO and CO2 in the activated carbon rotary kiln.

The limestone generated after decomposition enters the cooler, which is cooled to below 100 °C by the cold air in the cooler and discharged, and the 600 °C hot air after heat exchange enters the kiln and gas for mixed combustion.

After being mixed into the cold air, the exhaust gas enters the bag filter through the induced draft fan, and then enters the chimney through the exhaust fan.
