Working Principle of Ultra-fine Vertical Roller Mill
1. The material falls on the grinding table through the screw feeder.
2. And the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding table driven by the reducer driven by the main motor makes the material to move evenly around the grinding table.
3. When the material passes through the roller table area on the grinding table, it is crushed by the grinding roller.
4. Large pieces of material are directly crushed, and smaller particles are squeezed to form a material bed for inter-particle crushing.
5. After being crushed, the material continues to move to the edge of the grinding disc, and is brought into the powder classifier by the airflow from the air inlet for classification.
6. Under the action of the blades of the powder classifier, the powder that does not meet the particle size requirements falls into the grinding disc for regrinding.
7. The powder that reaches the standard enters the pulse dust collector with the airflow through the powder separator for collection, and the collected and discharged powder is the finished product.
8. Impurities such as iron nuggets mixed in the material are difficult to grind and have high gravity. When they pass through the edge of the grinding disc, they cannot be taken away by the airflow and fall into the lower chamber of the mill. It is sent to the slag discharge port by the scraper and discharged out of the machine.
