This Cement Calciner Kiln, also known as cement calciner, is an efficient direct-fired solid-gas heat exchange cement equipment. It heats raw materials such as limestone or chalk to above 900 degrees Celsius, so that they are dispersed and suspended in the airflow, and combustion and calcium carbonate decomposition occur in a short time (usually 1.5 ~ 3 seconds). The decomposed clinker is ground into fine powder to produce cement for building, including paving roads and making concrete. The production capacity of this equipment is as high as 180-10000t per day, which is widely used in the production industries of new building materials, refractories, glass ceramics and so on.
